Indonesia FIFA Series Squad: No Debutants for Herdman’s First Match

The Indonesian national team has finalized its roster for the FIFA Series, with no debutantes set to feature for the Red and White!

Indonesia will host the FIFA Series at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium in Jakarta, from March 27th to March 31st, 2026. The tournament provides a crucial opportunity for the team to gain international experience and build momentum.

The first match will see Indonesia take on Saint Kitts & Nevis on Friday, March 27th, 2026, marking the debut of John Herdman as head coach of the Garuda squad.

Herdman has selected a squad of 24 players for the Indonesia FIFA Series matches, with each player boasting between three and 50 international caps.

Rizky Ridho is the most experienced player in the Indonesian squad, having earned the most caps and too contributing four goals. Cahya Supriadi and Mauro Zijlstra have the fewest caps, with three appearances each.

Muhammad Fajar Fathur Rahman was initially included in the provisional squad but has since been cut from the final roster, meaning he will have to wait longer for his senior national team debut.

Indonesia’s squad has an average age of 26.4 years. Jordi Amat is the oldest player at 34 years old, while Mauro Zijlstra and Dony Tri Pamungkas are the youngest members of the team.
