This is a true revolution in the way people shop. Today, we are presenting a modern service because we want to be present not only where shopping ends, but also where it begins. It was created for companies that want to operate faster, more efficiently, and closer to the customer, but above all, with our users in mind. We dedicate it to those who already appreciate the potential of AI in finding the best products and offers, comparing prices, and making informed choices,” said, as quoted in a statement, RafaÅ‚ Brzoska, founder and CEO of Grupa InPost.

Rafał Brzoska’s words about AI sparked a storm. The head of Bielik AI explains

Following beta testing, InPost will launch a new version of the InPost Mobile app. The update will introduce an AI-powered shopping assistant for the company’s more than 16 million active users.

Artificial Intelligence supports consumers in their shopping, not only answering their questions but also pointing out trends and upcoming novelties, inspiring purchases and offering advice in purchasing decisions. InPost has created a fully closed process within a single application: from searching and comparing offers, through quick transaction completion thanks to InPost Pay – without the need to fill out additional forms, to tracking shipments and delivery, as well as after-sales support,” the company stated.

InPost indicated that the solution will also enable retailers to effectively promote and manage their offerings in the face of a changing e-commerce landscape. The move comes as competition intensifies in the European e-commerce sector, with increasing pressure from Chinese companies.

“Importantly, this solution is not a marketplace, and sellers do not pay InPost a commission on sales, maintaining full control over their margins. The company guarantees a partnership approach and rates, supporting sales growth,” the company added.

More than 4,000 sellers have joined the program to date, including Modivo, RTV Euro AGD, X-Kom, Komputronik, Super-Pharm, Cocolita, Lancerto, Bonito, and Sferis. Through this collaboration, the InPost app will feature products from brands such as Apple, Samsung, Unilever, Nestlé, Gino Rossi, Lasocki, Karcher, and Lego.
