iQOO is preparing to launch its latest smartphone series, the iQOO Z11, in China on March 26, 2026. The announcement confirms the simultaneous release of another model, the iQOO Z11x.
Positioned as a mid-range device, the new series focuses on extreme battery life and high-performance gaming – two features increasingly sought after by today’s mobile users. This emphasis reflects a growing trend toward devices that can handle demanding applications and extended use.
The iQOO Z11’s standout feature is its massive 9,020 mAh battery, marking the largest capacity ever offered in an iQOO smartphone.
This substantial capacity is designed to power the phone through a full day of heavy use, extended gaming sessions, and prolonged multimedia consumption without frequent recharging.
Complementing the large battery is 90W fast charging, ensuring efficient recharge times.
iQOO is also breaking new ground with the Z11 by introducing a 165Hz display, a refresh rate typically found in high-end gaming monitors.
Display specifications are expected to include a 6.83-inch OLED panel, a 1.5K resolution, and eye-protection features for enhanced viewing comfort.
The result is a smoother visual experience when scrolling, a more responsive feel for competitive gaming, and increased comfort during extended use.
Under the hood, the iQOO Z11 is expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset, up to 16GB of RAM, up to 512GB of storage, and the Android 16 operating system with OriginOS 6.
This combination makes the device well-suited for demanding games, intensive multitasking, and long-term use without lag.
The iQOO Z11 boasts a modern design with appealing color options, including silver, black, and light blue.
The design retains iQOO’s signature aesthetic – minimalist yet sporty – with a bold camera module and a premium-looking body.
In China, the iQOO Z11 is estimated to be priced around $290, or approximately Rp4,5 million to Rp6.3 million (depending on the variant and exchange rate), making it highly competitive given its specifications.
Alongside the Z11, iQOO will also release the Z11x, a more affordable variant with slightly reduced specifications, including a 6.76-inch LCD screen, a Dimensity 7400 chipset, and a 7,200 mAh battery with 44W charging. This option caters to users seeking a balance between price and performance.
The iQOO Z11 delivers a comprehensive package in the mid-range segment, with a particularly impressive 9,020 mAh battery, a 165Hz ultra-smooth display, and powerful performance thanks to the Dimensity 8500.
This smartphone isn’t just an incremental upgrade. it represents a bold move by iQOO to deliver a battery powerhouse with serious gaming capabilities at a price point that remains accessible.
