Jasaco Ventures Opens New HQ in Jeddah with Royal Presence | Saudi Expansion

Jeddah: Jasaako Ventures has inaugurated its new corporate headquarters in Jeddah, located in the Nakheel Building, opposite the Haifa Mall.

The opening ceremony, attended by members of the Saudi royal family, diplomatic leaders, and prominent figures from business, politics, and society, was a significant event in the city’s business calendar.


Her Royal Highness Princess Al Jawhara was the guest of honor at the event, praising the company’s vision and leadership.


Robin Khan, Indian Commerce Consul in Jeddah, representing the Indian Consulate, and Hamad bin Ali Al Hajri, Consul General of the Sultanate of Oman, along with a Minister Plenipotentiary, were also in attendance. Their presence highlighted strong international business ties.

Javad Miyandad, Founder and CEO of Jasaako Ventures, detailed the company’s growth and future aspirations in his address. He stated that Jasaako has evolved into an EPCP (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Production) organization with a financial strength exceeding SAR 30 million, offering comprehensive services in these sectors.


He emphasized that the company’s primary objective is to align with Saudi Arabia’s development vision.


Prominent businessman Dr. Sami, entrepreneur MH Iqbal, Managing Director Mohammed JK, Co-founder Fahad Mahmoud Khan, Islamic Research Manager Shaikh Dr. Abdullah Aseeri, and Yahya, Principal of Mahdhan Ulum School, were among those who attended. Numerous corporate leaders and socio-political figures also witnessed the event.

The ceremony began with a recitation from the Quran, followed by a detailed presentation of the company and its service areas. Jasaako Ventures provides a wide range of services, including architecture and sustainable construction, industrial material supply, concrete cooling chillers and ice plants, HVAC and MEP installation, fire protection and safety, telecommunications, facility management, fabrication, rental equipment, advertising and event production, and interior and exterior fit-outs.


The presentation of the company’s digital transformation project was a key highlight of the event. The company announced It’s developing a specialized platform to provide instant booking and AI-based transparent pricing for home maintenance services.


The event concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony, honors, and the exchange of mementos. Attendees noted that Jasaako Ventures, now operating from the Nakheel Building opposite Haifa Mall, is poised to develop into a significant player in Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure and industrial sectors. The inauguration reflects the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to diversify its economy and attract foreign investment.
