Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are officially divorced. Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal the actress and Hollywood star has finalized her split from film producer Cash Warren after 16 years of marriage, following a separation that began in 2024.
The former couple will share custody of their three children, according to reports.
“Neither will pay spousal support. Cash will receive a $3 million payment to even out the division of their assets (…) We’re told Jessica is paying that in two non-taxable installments (…) $1.5 million now and $1.5 million in a year,” TMZ reported.
The 44-year-ancient actress, who recently appeared in Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl 2026 halftime show, has officially regained her maiden name. “Jessica’s legal last name is officially restored to Alba,” the report states.
News of Jessica Alba’s divorce filing surfaced in January 2025, though sources at the time described the split as amicable.
“Sources told us at the time it was extremely friendly, shortly after both publicly announced their separation,” the celebrity news outlet noted.
Currently, Jessica Alba is dating actor Danny Ramírez (Captain America), while Cash Warren has been seen with actress Senna Pereira and model Hana Sun Doerr. Neither relationship has been officially confirmed.
