Former assistant coach Edward Still’s move to England’s Championship has prompted another departure from Anderlecht.
RSC Anderlecht has lost another member of its staff, as Jordi Jansen is leaving the Belgian capital to join English club Watford.
Jansen served as a video analyst for the mauve and white team and announced via social media that he is also making the jump to England and the Championship, where he will join the staff of Edward Still.
The Belgian already has significant experience in football and an impressive resume for his 28 years. He previously worked as a video analyst for KV Mechelen and Antwerp, both clubs in the Belgian Pro League.
Since the spring of 2025, he has been part of Anderlecht’s technical staff, and is now choosing to accept the next step in his career abroad.
Jansen’s departure marks another change for Anderlecht, as the club continues to adjust following Still’s unexpected move to Watford earlier this month. The Championship side is clearly looking to build a staff familiar with Belgian football as they push for promotion.
