Panamericana TV unveiled its new reality competition series, ‘La gran vip’, on March 16, bringing together 16 celebrities for a high-stakes challenge of endurance, and strategy. The display promises a glimpse into the lives of well-known personalities as they navigate the demands of rural life, all vying for a grand prize.
Among those entering the competition are Mark Vito, Mónica Torres, Renato Rossini Jr., Pamela López, Samahara Lobatón, Pablo Heredia, Yiddá Eslava, Celine Aguirre, Miguel Vergara, Gabriela Herrera, Mack Songhurst ‘La Mackyna’, Pati Lorena and Christian Martínez, also known as ‘Cri Cri’. The series is already generating buzz in Peruvian entertainment circles.
A particularly touching moment during the show’s launch involved Mark Vito, the former spouse of Keiko Fujimori, briefly saying goodbye to his daughter, Kyara Villanella, and his current partner. The emotional exchange resonated with both the audience and viewers on social media.
Hosts Ethel Pozo and Yaco Eskenazi introduced the cast on Monday, March 16, revealing that the celebrities will be cohabitating for three months to compete for a grand prize of S/ 100,000. Mark Vito arrived in a luxury black car accompanied by his daughter and Leslie Echevarría. When asked if she would miss her father during his time on the show, Kyara Villanella, visibly shy, shared that he has been a strong support during her university studies. “His support, right now I’m in university and he’s supporting me a lot,” she said.
The influencer didn’t hesitate to express his affection for his daughter and partner before entering the competition. Visibly moved, Mark Vito said, “I’m going to miss both of you very much. I love you both very much. When I get out, we’re going to celebrate together.”
