The 17th season of “Mam Talent!” kicked off with a performance that sparked a range of reactions from the judges. A four-person team representing a wrestling federation from Warsaw, led by “Biesiada” and Olgierd, took to the stage. The pair engaged in a match, alternating between acrobatic moves and impactful strikes, kicks, and throws.

Despite enthusiastic applause and praise, including from Agustin Egurrola, who said “it was on a good level,” Julia Wieniawa didn’t share the enthusiasm.

I still don’t know what happened here. I completely don’t understand it. I’m not a fan of violence and for me it was a caricature. There was nothing that fit in terms of acting. And that’s all I’ll say about it

– the judge assessed, giving a resounding “no” vote.

The deciding vote belonged to head judge Agnieszka Chylińska, who ultimately sent the contestants through to the next stage. Viewers of the first episode, although, expressed their disapproval of the decision in online comments.

Hopeless… what is this. Stupidity; Weak; Total failure! Julka, I’m with you, definitely no; Uninteresting, violent performance; Nonsense, like little kids showing off; A disaster of a performance, very poorly acted; Not suitable for “Mam Talent”, I’m surprised Egurrola was delighted – read posts on Facebook.
