Hungarian authorities are searching for a man who went missing after last being heard from while traveling by FlixBus to Brussels. The man’s last message, sent at 10:30 p.m. local time, indicated he was in Brussels, after which his phone was switched off and has remained unreachable.
Police released an official missing person report describing the man as approximately 5 feet 7 to 5 feet 10 inches tall, of medium build, with short brown hair and brown eyes. A distinguishing feature is an unidentified tattoo on one thigh.
The Miskolc Police Department is leading the investigation. Authorities are asking anyone who may have seen the man in Brussels, or who has any information regarding his disappearance, to come forward immediately.
