LONDON – While recently showcasing elegance and style on red carpets, Margot Robbie has revealed a wilder side, recounting days filled with revelry in London that included being ejected from nightclubs and attending parties with strippers. She described her time in South London as “the best days of my life!”
What appears to be a far cry from the polished and acclaimed Hollywood actress Margot Robbie, who now enjoys the fruits of her success, was once a more carefree spirit. In a recent appearance on the Table Manners podcast, Robbie discussed her time living in London with six friends and fully embracing the city’s nightlife. Frequent late-night parties, fueled by alcohol and a penchant for fun, were commonplace.
Robbie shared that prior to 2016, she resided with six female friends in a four-bedroom flat in Clapham, ironically dubbed The Manor. Initially intended as a respite after demanding work in Belgium, the space quickly transformed into a hub for lively nights and unforgettable experiences!
“They told me you literally can’t get kicked out of Infernos, you can do whatever you want,” Robbie recalled with a laugh. However, on their very first night, she and her group were ejected after just 15 minutes! As security escorted them out, a tipsy Robbie reportedly shouted: “But it’s Infernos — you’re not supposed to get kicked out of Infernos!”
The actress as well reminisced about her bachelorette party, where friends hired a stripper dressed as Harry Potter, which Robbie described as “not sexy, just really funny.” It was precisely this type of entertainment that made London nights legendary.
