The accident occurred on Wednesday, February 25th, when Marquito lost control of his motorcycle in the Vila Gustavo neighborhood of São Paulo. He sustained a head injury and a spinal lesion, leading doctors to induce a coma. Reports indicate he collided with another motorcycle driven by a nurse, who provided initial assistance before emergency services arrived.
Marquito, whose full name is Marco Antonio Ricciardelli, is a well-known figure in Brazilian entertainment, recognized for his imitations and appearances on Programa do Ratinho.
