Fenerbahçe captain Mert Hakan Yandaş has spoken following the release of Galatasaray player Metehan Baltacı as part of the ongoing Turkish football betting and match-fixing investigation.

MESSAGE OF THANKS AND SUPPORT

Mert Hakan expressed gratitude to Fenerbahçe supporters and also acknowledged the support of ultrAslan in a statement regarding Metehan Baltacı’s release, extending well wishes to all released players.

Yandaş stated:

WHEN IS MERT HAKAN YANDAŞ’S HEARING?

Mert Hakan Yandaş is scheduled to appear in court for the first time on April 3, 2026, at the Çağlayan Courthouse to present his defense. A decision regarding his potential release is expected during this hearing.
