Czech singer Michaela Nosková, 42, filed a criminal complaint against her former partner, businessman Jindřich Čanda, alleging domestic violence, psychological abuse, and extortion. According to the complaint, Čanda pressured Nosková into signing a promissory note.
A recent court hearing presented chilling video evidence intended to reveal the dynamics between the former couple. The footage reportedly contained moments so disturbing that Nosková left the courtroom before they were played, having already been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder due to the prolonged psychological strain.

The videos shown in court reportedly shocked those present. As Blesk.cz reported, one clip showed Čanda violently shaking his four-year-old daughter, Jasněnka, before dropping her to the ground and walking away without a word.
Another disturbing scene captured Čanda aggressively grabbing his then-11-year-old stepdaughter, Eliška, by the collar of her shirt and pulling her towards him. “He’s a dangerous, ill-mannered brat! I told you to deal with it so he doesn’t get in my way. That bastard should have been beaten a long time ago,” Čanda reportedly yelled in the footage, also shouting that she should “go to hell” given that she was ruining his life.

Čanda also reportedly used abusive language towards Nosková, referring to her with vulgar terms. The video evidence also showed a moment where Čanda allegedly knocked Nosková to the ground during an altercation. The singer hopes the legal proceedings will conclude in the spring, but anticipates potential appeals from her former partner.
