Demi Moore Turns Heads at Gucci’s Milan Fashion Week Present with Unexpected Accessory

Milan Fashion Week delivered a star-studded front row and a runway moment courtesy of Kate Moss, but it was Demi Moore who sparked early buzz with a chic appearance alongside her dog, Pilaf, at Demna’s debut show for Gucci on February 27, 2026.

Moore, sporting a sleek bob, brought Pilaf as her plus-one to the highly anticipated show, which marked creative director Demna’s first runway collection for the Italian luxury brand. The event, held at Palazzo delle Scintille, was described by Demna as the “birthday” of his creative vision for Gucci, according to a pre-show open letter. The Georgian designer officially took over the role in July, following the sudden exit of Sabato De Sarno.

The show itself featured a surprise runway walk from Karlie Kloss – her first since 2023 – and Emily Ratajkowski, while supermodel Kate Moss closed the show in a striking black sequined gown with a daringly placed g-string. Moss’s look, perfect for a red carpet moment, was completed with a bold manicure.

Demna wrote before the show that Gucci “must become a feeling” and “must become an adjective.” He added, “This first Gucci show introduced a universe of people, archetypes, consumers and dress codes that will shape my design language moving forward. It is a beginning. But it is intentional and fully formed.”

Other celebrities in attendance included Paris Hilton, Kim Petras, Shawn Mendes, Romeo Beckham and Alton Mason. Designers Donatella Versace and Alessandro Michele also showed their support for Demna’s first collection. The show’s eclectic guest list underscored the buzz surrounding Demna’s arrival at the iconic Italian fashion house.

Moore shared her excitement on social media, calling it “An absolute honor to attend @Demna’s inaugural runway show for @Gucci.”

The fall 2026 collection, titled “Primavera,” drew inspiration from Gucci’s rich history, with many looks reminiscent of the influential Tom Ford era. The event was a major moment for Milan Fashion Week, drawing attention from industry insiders and fans alike.
