JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Selebgram Nabilah O’Brien is no longer considered a suspect in a defamation case following a resolution with guitarist Zendhy Kusuma.

Nabilah made the announcement after a mediation session with Zendhy’s representatives at the National Police Headquarters in Jakarta on Sunday, March 8, 2026.

“I forgive everyone, and that’s all, I’m no longer a suspect,” Nabilah said after the mediation.

The agreement includes the withdrawal of police reports filed by both parties.

“Yes. I forgive them 100 percent,” she added, quickly leaving the police headquarters.

Meanwhile, the National Police’s Head of Public Information Bureau, Brig. Gen. Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, stated that the peaceful resolution was reached after both sides met and signed a peace agreement.

“Mr. Z and his wife, Mrs. ES, along with Ms. NA and KDH – all four parties were present and signed the peace agreement. As we previously stated, each party has now withdrawn their respective reports,” Trunoyudo said Sunday evening at the National Police Headquarters.

According to police, the mediation followed an analysis of two reports filed by each party – one at the Mampang Police Precinct in South Jakarta, and another at the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Unit.

In addition to withdrawing the reports, both sides agreed to remove any related content from their social media accounts.

“During the mediation process, and with the signing of the agreement, all parties agreed to delete any offensive content from their respective social media accounts, as stipulated in the peace agreement,” he explained.

Trunoyudo added that the resolution is expected to provide a sense of justice for all involved.

“Looking ahead, this can provide a sense of justice, especially given that it’s the month of Ramadan, a time for worship, compassion, self-reflection, and the withdrawal of reports,” he said.

Earlier reports indicated that Nabilah had been named a suspect in a case involving alleged violations of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law related to defamation and slander.

Zendhy filed the report against her with the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Unit.

The designation of Nabilah as a suspect was made by the Cyber Crime Directorate of the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Unit on February 28, 2026.

Following a disturbance in the restaurant’s kitchen, the couple left the premises with their order without paying.

Zendhy and his wife were also named as suspects by the Mampang Prapatan Police following a report filed by Nabilah on February 24, 2026.
