A new development project, dubbed Vernosť, is moving forward in Bratislava’s Nové Mesto district after receiving approval. The project signals continued investment in the area, which is considered one of the more affluent parts of the city.
The development will take place in a social center known as Dom Vernosť, which the Nové Mesto district plans to purchase from Istrochem for over 22 million koruna, according to reports. The purchase is part of a broader effort to revitalize the area and provide new amenities for residents.
Currently, the district is seeking a tenant for the Dom Vernosť building. A public tender has been issued, with a minimum annual rent of 36,000 euros requested for the space. This isn’t the first time Nové Mesto has sought a long-term lease for the property, indicating a desire to find a suitable occupant for the building.
The move to acquire and re-lease the Dom Vernosť underscores the district’s financial stability and commitment to community development.
