A new dining experience is coming to Vilnius’ business district, with chefs Aleksandras Lukaševičius and Dmitrijus Pečiukonis set to open “Lumo” on J. Jasinskio Street in early May.
The restaurant will offer a self-service concept, where diners create their own plates from a selection of hot dishes displayed in warming containers, starting at a price of 6 Euros. Guests can then add sides of their choosing, with the final cost determined by the quantity of garnishes selected. “Lumo” staff will be on hand to assist customers with calculating their meal’s total price, according to Lukaševičius.
