North Korea has condemned recent attacks on Iran carried out by the United States and Israel, characterizing the U.S. As acting like a “gangster.”
According to the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), the attacks represent an “illegal aggression” and a violation of Iran’s national sovereignty.
A spokesperson for the North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the U.S. Involvement was “as expected,” describing it as an inevitable outcome given Washington’s “hegemonic and gangster-like nature.”

“Acts of aggression by the U.S. And Israel are unacceptable under any circumstances,” the statement read.
The U.S. Military operation against Iran was dubbed “Epic Fury.” According to NBC News, U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth described the strikes as the “most lethal, most complex, and most precise” aerial operation in history.
“The Iranian regime had an opportunity, but refused to create a deal – and now they are facing the consequences. For nearly fifty years, Iran has targeted and killed Americans, always seeking the most powerful weapons in the world to advance their radical agenda. Last night, unlike previous presidents, President Trump began to address this cancer,” Hegseth said in a post on X.
The attacks reportedly resulted in the deaths of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and several other Iranian leaders. Iran has responded by launching missiles and drones toward various U.S. Bases in the Arabian Peninsula.
