The denials arrive after Barcelona presidential candidate Víctor Font expressed his desire to bring Haaland to the club, aiming to secure a “preferred option” should the striker ever consider leaving Manchester City. Font told SER Catalunya via ESPN that Haaland is “without a doubt one of the best strikers in the world right now.”
Still, Pimenta emphasized Haaland’s happiness at Manchester City, where he recently signed a long-term contract extending through 2034. “He is very happy in Manchester City. Everything is going very well for him, and we really have nothing to discuss regarding a transfer when everything is so good in City,” she said.
