Oppo is gearing up to launch a new foldable phone designed to compete with Samsung’s latest offerings.
The Oppo Uncover N6 boasts a durable build, featuring IPX8/IPX9 water and dust resistance, and supports dual SIM cards alongside eSIM connectivity. This level of protection is increasingly common as foldable devices aim for mainstream adoption.
The device’s camera system includes a triple-lens array with resolutions of 200, 50, and 50 megapixels, supporting Dolby Vision and capable of recording 4K video at 60 frames per second. A 20-megapixel front-facing camera is likewise included.
The Find N6’s primary display is an 8.12-inch Foldable LTPO OLED screen with a resolution of 2248 x 2480 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a pixel density of approximately 412 pixels per inch. It supports Dolby Vision and HDR Vivid for enhanced visual quality and is compatible with a smart pen.
The external display measures 6.62 inches and utilizes LTPO OLED technology, offering a resolution of 1140 x 2616 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate, also supporting the same visual technologies as the main screen.
Under the hood, the phone runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16 and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, built on a 3nm process, paired with the Adreno 840 GPU. It will be available with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and internal storage options ranging from 256GB to 1TB.
The Find N6 also features Dolby Atmos-supported stereo speakers, a USB Type-C 3.1 Gen2 port, a fingerprint scanner, NFC capabilities, an infrared remote control, and a 6000mAh battery. The battery supports 80W fast wired charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
