OPPO Find X9s: Global Launch, Specs & Release Date

Jakarta: OPPO is preparing to launch the Find X9s globally with several key changes compared to the China-released model. 
 
This shift indicates a new strategy for OPPO, moving away from simply replicating domestic versions for international markets.
 
According to industry insider Yogesh Brar, the device will be available in various markets, including India, in the near future.

Larger Display, Enhanced Performance

Unlike the more compact Chinese model, the global version of the OPPO Find X9s is expected to feature a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. This display is designed to deliver a sharp and fluid visual experience.
 
The device will be powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB and 512GB. This configuration is designed to handle a range of tasks, from multitasking to gaming.

Versatile 50 MP Camera System

For photography, OPPO is maintaining a high-resolution approach. The device will be equipped with a triple rear camera system, each with a 50 MP resolution, consisting of a main camera, ultrawide and telephoto lens with up to 3x optical zoom.

This configuration is reported to utilize a combination of sensors from Sony and Samsung, including the LYT-700 and JN5 series, to produce higher-quality images in various conditions.
 
A 32 MP front-facing camera will be available for selfies and video calls.&#13.

Large Battery as a Key Feature

One of the most notable changes in the global version is the battery capacity. The OPPO Find X9s is expected to include a 7,025mAh battery, which is relatively large for its class.
 
The device will similarly support 100W wired fast charging. Although, unlike the standard model, this version will not include wireless charging capabilities.
 
The phone will run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 out of the box.

Launch Timeline

For those anticipating the device, its launch is expected soon. According to Yogesh Brar, the global version of the OPPO Find X9s is scheduled to launch in the second quarter of this year.
 
If these reports are accurate, the device has the potential to be one of the most compelling smartphones with a combination of a large battery and high-end specifications in the global market in 2026.
