Orange Côte d’Ivoire Group (OCI), which operates in Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, and Liberia, reported a 6.1% increase in consolidated net income as of December 31, 2025, compared to December 31, 2024, according to its consolidated financial results prepared in accordance with IFRS standards.
The net income totaled 168 billion FCFA, up from 158.2 billion FCFA in 2024. Company management noted that this performance was partially offset by exceptional items, including customs penalties at Orange Burkina Faso. They estimate that “excluding this impact, net income would have shown growth of +9.3%.”
Consolidated revenue reached 1,197.1 billion FCFA, a 10.4% increase from 1,084.1 billion FCFA in 2024. OCI leadership attributes this result to the strong operational performance across all three countries. “Orange Côte d’Ivoire is recording sustained growth, driven by targeted and effective investments in mobile and fiber optic networks,” the group stated. This momentum is also supported by a robust commercial strategy and strong customer adoption of commercial offers.
Orange Burkina Faso is maintaining an upward trajectory, driven by strong growth in the active customer base and accelerated investment in expanding mobile and fixed networks, according to OCI management.

Orange Liberia is also showing solid growth, spurred by the implementation of a voice floor tariff, network investments, and a particularly dynamic commercial activity, boosting data, Orange Money, and Orange Energies activations, company officials said.
EBITDAal reached 424.1 billion FCFA, compared to 390.3 billion FCFA in 2024, representing an increase of 8.7%. “This improvement reflects revenue growth, combined with good control of operating costs, despite increased charges related to the intensification of commercial actions around Orange Money,” company leaders indicated. Yet, they emphasized that the group’s performance continues to be negatively impacted by increased regulatory and tax pressure.
Operating income grew 9.1% to 287.2 billion FCFA, up from 263.2 billion FCFA in 2024.
Profit from ordinary activities increased by 6.5%, reaching 258.4 billion FCFA compared to 242.7 billion FCFA in 2024.
As of December 31, 2025, the Fixed Mobile Internet subscriber base totaled 38,544,000 customers, up from 35,372,000 customers on December 31, 2024 – an increase of 3,172,000 customers.
The strong performance across Orange Côte d’Ivoire Group’s markets signals continued expansion in the West African telecommunications sector. Financial Afrik reports the company achieved all operational and financial objectives for the year.
