Police in Östergötland County, Sweden, responded to approximately 100 incidents between 10 p.m. And 7 a.m. On January 30, according to a police report. The routine overnight activity included a range of calls, from traffic stops to reports of wildlife encounters.

At 11:06 p.m., emergency services received a report of a vehicle fire on County Road 777 near Söderköping. Authorities said a car had caught fire even as being driven. The fire department handled the incident, and police were not dispatched.

In addition to the vehicle fire, officers addressed cases involving suspected drunk driving, other traffic violations, a deer-vehicle collision, proactive community policing efforts, and public disturbances. Several checks were conducted based on both citizen reports and police initiative, but none escalated into serious incidents.

Police reported no instances of major violent crimes during the period. The routine report highlights the breadth of calls handled by Swedish police during a typical overnight shift.
