The husband of an actress has issued a public appeal for assist in locating her, according to reports.
Her car was discovered abandoned on a road leading into a heavily wooded area in southern Poland on Thursday, March 12, 2026. The vehicle appeared to have collided with a tree and was left at the scene. The following day, the actress’s remains were found approximately 650 feet from the wreckage, reports indicate.
Authorities have officially ruled out trauma from the crash as the cause of death, following an autopsy.
Police state that there is currently no evidence to suggest foul play in her death.
Prosecutor Damian Powruk announced that “histological and toxicological examinations” will be conducted to determine the circumstances surrounding Majtika’s death.
“Based on the results of these analyses, experts will determine the final, precise cause of death,” he said.
The actress’s death has deeply impacted the Polish entertainment industry. Majtika was well-known for her roles in popular Polish television series “Na Wspólnej” and “Pierwsza Miłość,” making her a familiar face to audiences across the country.
The police investigation into her mysterious death is ongoing.
