Changes are coming to a major thoroughfare in Porto, Portugal, as city officials address concerns about road safety. A stretch of Rua de Costa Cabral, between Praça do Marquês de Pombal and Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra, will be converted to a single shared lane in both directions. The move aims to improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety along the busy route.
