Long-standing mobile racing game Real Racing 3 is nearing its end. Electronic Arts (EA) announced it will cease operations for the popular title, which has connected millions of players to virtual racetracks since 2013, on March 20, 2026.
The game, a mainstay on mobile platforms for years, will no longer be playable after that date.

ACCESS WILL BE PERMANENTLY REVOKED: CLOSING MARCH 20TH!
According to information shared by EA, after March 20th, the game will not only lose its online functionality. It will become entirely inaccessible, including offline modes.
The company advises players to apply any in-game currencies and balances before this date to avoid loss. All progress records and digital content will be permanently deleted when the servers are shut down. This move reflects a growing trend of game publishers sunsetting older titles to focus on new development.
NEW PLAYERS CAN NO LONGER ACCESS THE GAME
For those hoping to try the game for the first time, access has already been cut off. Real Racing 3 was removed from app stores on December 18, 2025. Users who haven’t previously downloaded the game can no longer access it through the stores. However, players who have previously installed the game on their devices may be able to download it one last time through their app history.
