Samsung has officially expanded the reach of its artificial intelligence ecosystem with the global unveiling of the Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G on March 25, 2026. This latest addition to the Galaxy A series signals a strategic push toward “AI democratization,” bringing sophisticated tools to a broader range of users.
At the center of these new devices is the introduction of “Awesome Intelligence,” an enhanced AI suite powered by the latest One UI 8.5. According to Samsung, these AI innovations are designed to simplify daily productivity and unlock new creative possibilities for the average user. The Galaxy A57 5G stands out as the flagship of this lineup, described by the company as the most powerful device in the A series to date, featuring a more refined, slimmer design and upgraded AI-driven capabilities.
“The new Galaxy A series reflects our continued commitment to AI democratization by bringing the latest innovations to more Galaxy users,” stated TM Roh, Chief Executive Officer, President and Head of Device eXperience (DX) Division at Samsung Electronics. “With Samsung’s fundamental capabilities combined with enriched Awesome Intelligence, Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G will deliver reliable everyday performance to users around the world and drive rapid AI expansion.”
Beyond the software, Samsung has implemented significant hardware and longevity upgrades. Both the A57 and A37 feature improvements in display quality, camera performance, and overall durability. In a move that emphasizes sustainability and long-term value, Samsung has committed to providing up to six generations of OS upgrades alongside extended security support, ensuring the devices remain viable for years to come.
The rollout has already reached key international markets. In Southeast Asia, the Galaxy A57 and A37 have officially launched in Indonesia, with early reports from beginning to reveal specific local pricing and specifications. The Galaxy A57 5G is already being noted for its tough performance and sophisticated camera system.
This product cycle comes as consumers re-evaluate previous generations; for instance, some are weighing the merits of the A55 5G in 2026 or looking for significant discounts on the Galaxy A56 5G. However, the integration of One UI 8.5 and the commitment to long-term software support position the A57 and A37 as forward-looking options in the mid-range market.
