High school seniors across Romania tackled elective subjects on Monday, March 25, as part of a national Baccalaureate exam simulation, with Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science proving popular choices for students in science and technology tracks.
- Exam results and answer keys will be officially released at 3:00 PM on subiecte.edu.ro, with HotNews reporting the scores as soon as they become available.
The exam began at 9:00 AM, with students permitted access to testing rooms as early as 8:30 AM. Candidates were given three hours to complete the assessments.
UPDATE: Physics exam questions from the March 25th simulation are now available:

UPDATE: Computer Science exam questions were published by Edupedu. Students choosing Computer Science could select between Pascal and C/C++ programming languages.

Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science were the primary choices for students in the science and technology tracks, though some students from vocational programs likewise opted for these subjects depending on their specialization.
Physics is particularly popular among students in the Math-Computer Science and Natural Sciences tracks. Chemistry is favored by Natural Sciences students, with some participation from students in science or vocational programs. Computer Science draws heavily from the Math-Computer Science track, as well as certain technology specializations.
Answer keys for the Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science exams will be published at 3:00 PM today on subiecte.edu.ro, with HotNews providing updates as soon as they are available. This simulation is a key step for students preparing for the high-stakes national exam, offering a realistic practice run.
How are the Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science Simulation Exams Structured?
The exams vary by subject, but generally include a mix of theoretical questions and problem-solving tasks.
Physics and Chemistry exams require students to solve problems and explain scientific phenomena.
The Computer Science exam tests both theoretical knowledge and algorithmic problem-solving skills.
The Baccalaureate simulation continues on Thursday, March 26, with the exam in the mother tongue for students who studied in a minority language.
