Fans are sending support to Adrian and Anita Szymaniak, known for their appearance on “Ślub od pierwszego wejrzenia” (Wedding at First Sight), as they navigate a challenging time. The couple recently shared updates on Adrian’s health journey, continuing to be open with their followers about his battle with a serious illness.

Adrian was diagnosed with glioblastoma, a grade IV astrocytoma, in July 2025. He has since undergone two surgeries, radio and chemotherapy at the Oncology Center in Bydgoszcz, and is currently receiving TT Fields Optune therapy, designed to prevent cancer cell division.

In a recent Instagram post, Anita Szydłowska-Szymaniak revealed that Adrian had received another round of chemotherapy. “It’s not worth pretending that he’s okay, unfortunately, another, increased dose of chemotherapy has hit Adrian hard,” she wrote. “He is weak, sleeps a lot, has no appetite and even no strength to talk. Blood tests are good, it’s a natural reaction of the body and he needs to regenerate, so we take care of him as much as One can.”

The couple, who celebrated their church wedding at the end of last year, have been frequently traveling to Bydgoszcz for specialist care. They also launched an online fundraiser to help cover the costs of treatment using specialized equipment.

Despite the difficulties, Adrian and Anita remain optimistic. On March 15, 2026, they shared that they were “going for results,” indicating they were awaiting news from recent tests. Adrian addressed followers on Instagram, sharing plans related to both his treatment and family life. This update comes after Anita previously spoke about the challenges of Adrian’s treatment, noting the increased chemotherapy dosage had significantly impacted his strength.

The couple’s openness about their experiences has resonated with many, and fans are expressing their support and sending positive thoughts as they await the latest results. Their story highlights the realities of living with cancer and the importance of support systems during difficult times.
