Daulay described the experience of waiting for his father to regain consciousness in the ICU as a profound test of his family’s strength and patience. Fortunately, his brothers were quick to act, ensuring his father received the best possible medical care. Hasan Daulay remained unconscious for a full 24 hours before finally showing signs of recovery.

“It was the first time I really experienced waiting for a parent to wake up in the ICU. Luckily, my brothers were so quick to respond. It took 24 hours for my father to regain consciousness,” he recalled.

Daulay expressed immense gratitude for his father’s recovery, calling it a blessing. Having his father healthy again made this Eid celebration even more joyous and emotional for the Daulay family. The actor views his father’s recovery as a miracle during the holy month.

“Thank God, thank God, this Eid my father is healthy again and back with us,” he said.

Now that his father’s health is stable, Daulay plans to take his family back to their hometown. “God willing, we’re planning to go home to Aceh to visit relatives who were also affected by the recent floods,” he added.
