Chile’s annual Travel Sale kicks off Monday, offering discounts of up to 55% on flights, hotels, and vacation packages. The three-day event, organized by the Cámara de Comercio de Santiago (CCS), aims to boost both domestic and international tourism with deals from 36 participating brands.
The Travel Sale 2026 will run from March 23rd through March 25th, providing travelers with a concentrated window to discover reduced rates on a variety of travel services, including car rentals and travel insurance. The event has the support of the Subsecretaría de Turismo, the Asociación Chilena de Empresas de Turismo (Achet), and the Federación de Empresas de Turismo de Chile (Fedetur).
This year’s event will feature a fresh AI-powered digital assistant to help shoppers navigate the deals. The tool, integrated directly into the event platform, will answer questions and provide personalized recommendations based on travel preferences and destinations.
According to CCS President María Teresa Vial, “events like the Travel Sale reflect how e-commerce can transform into a concrete tool to boost relevant sectors of the economy, such as tourism, and at the same time, bring better opportunities to people.”

What Destinations Have the Biggest Discounts?
Travelers looking for Caribbean getaways can find discounts of up to 55% on trips to destinations like Punta Cana, Cancún, Curazao, Playa del Carmen, La Romana, Montego Bay, San Andrés, and Aruba. Deals in South America will reach up to 40% off, with offers to cities including Río de Janeiro, Florianópolis, Cartagena, Recife, Buenos Aires, and Salvador de Bahía.
For those planning longer trips, discounts of up to 35% are available on routes to Madrid, Rome, Paris, Istanbul, and El Cairo.
The new AI assistant will operate through an interactive chat, delivering personalized recommendations and streamlining access to available promotions from the participating brands.
