Ukraine War: 6 Dead & 27 Wounded in Russian Attacks – March 20 Update

Russian attacks in three Ukrainian regions – Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Kherson – resulted in six deaths and 27 injuries on March 20, officials reported.

Details: In the Donetsk region, five residents were killed on March 20: three in Drobysheve and two in Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka.

An additional 14 people in the region sustained injuries during the same 24-hour period – five in Nikolaevka, four in Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka, and one each in Drobysheve, Konstantinovka, Druzhkovka, Raigorodok, and Chernigovka.

In the Kherson region, Russian forces targeted social infrastructure and residential areas, damaging an apartment building and seven private homes. Administrative buildings and a gas pipeline were also reportedly damaged.

One person died and three were injured as a result of the attacks in the Kherson region.

Ten people were injured in shelling across the Kharkiv region on March 20, including a child.

Authorities reported that in Izium, a 67-year-old man, a 70-year-old man, a 74-year-old woman, a 50-year-old woman, and a 14-year-old girl were injured. In the village of Oskil, a 77-year-old man and a 75-year-old woman experienced acute stress reactions. A 45-year-old man was injured in Chuhuiv, a 73-year-old woman in the village of Kivsharkivka in the Kupiansk community, and a 50-year-old man in the village of Ukrainske in the Vovchansk community.

a 68-year-old man died from the explosion of an unidentified device in Semyonovka, Shevchenkivska community, and a 58-year-old woman injured in the same incident died later in the hospital.

Remember: A Russian drone destroyed a private home in Zaporizhzhia on March 21, killing the two parents who lived there.
