The suspect was arrested in the Guaiparo sector of the Dalla Costa parish, San Félix, Bolívar state, following reports of abuse. According to details of the investigation, the man had been physically and verbally abusing his daughter, accusing her of disobedience.
Police say the assault occurred on April 19th Street in the Los Arenales sector, where the suspect allegedly struck the child with his fists and a tubular object. The attack left the girl with multiple contusions across her body.
