A new bistro offering a distinctly vintage atmosphere has recently opened its doors in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. The establishment, located on Bleecker Street, aims to recreate the ambiance of a classic French café, complete with period décor and a playful nod to French cinema. Owners Jean-Luc Martel and Sylvie Dubois, both longtime Village residents, hope to offer a unique dining experience beyond the typical New York fare. [[1]]
