A former reality TV star has responded to criticism from an actor, igniting a public dispute rooted in both political and personal disagreements. The exchange highlights the increasingly blurred lines between entertainment, social media, and political commentary.
Áron Molnár recently shared a clip on his Facebook page from his YouTube show with Tamás Lengyel and Nóra Rainer-Micsinyei, where they discussed Béla Rácz, known as Young G, and his political affiliations. Lengyel, struggling to recall Rácz’s stage name, initially referenced a humorous video from 2022 where the rapper jokingly struggled with his dishwasher. The studio audience laughed along.
Molnár then brought up another incident linked to the Digitális Polgári Kör Vecsés page. The actor-activist then referred to the rapper as “mosogatókirály” (dishwasher king), noting that Rácz has been sharing more political content on social media lately.
Young G didn’t remain silent. He responded to the discussion on TikTok, directly addressing the criticism and perceived mockery.
Hi everyone, here’s the dishwasher king! You guys don’t even know my name, but I think I’ve met both of you gentlemen in person, we’ve shaken hands. It’s interesting, I’ve never said anything subpar about either of you. It’s also interesting that when I met NoÁr in person, you didn’t say these things to my face. We have a lot of mutual friends, but I’ve never wanted to insult you. I think your behavior towards people is disrespectful. Why can’t you accept that I represent something different and you represent something else?
Rácz questioned the criticism, adding that he previously worked with RTL. Regarding the dishwasher video, he explained he was helping his recovering wife when he ran out of dishwasher pods and decided to employ dish soap instead, which didn’t go well. He emphasized that he laughed at himself in the video.
“This represents a joke, and you’re all laughing at nothing,” he said, before continuing:
Thank God I have a wife, and children. As far as I know, you don’t have children, right? And I think you got divorced? Maybe they couldn’t handle all these videos anymore. (…) You don’t have a family, so you obviously have plenty of time to craft videos. You probably don’t get paid for them. You probably didn’t pay for your car, or your free pullovers, and you’re still asking for support? Do you seek people to give you money because you support a different party? That’s worse than TikTok beggars. To sink this low, guys. You always talked about acceptance and liberalism, but you constantly insult everyone. You brought the aggression into public awareness. Because of you, everyone is outraged and people are shooting at each other when someone knocks on the door. Just accept that we’re on different sides!
– Rácz stated, as quoted by nlc.hu. Rácz Béla also referenced Molnár Áron’s recent divorce from actress Duda Éva.
