After a 22-year hiatus, stars Yasmine Abdel Aziz and Ahmed El Sqa are set to reunite on screen in a new film titled “Khali Balak Min Nafsak” (Take Care of Yourself), with filming scheduled to begin Wednesday, November 19, 2025, according to Sayidaty.
The collaboration marks the first time the two actors have worked together since their 2003 stage play, “Keda Ok.” The upcoming film promises a strong return for both El Sqa and Abdel Aziz, who are highly popular figures in Arab cinema.
“Khali Balak Min Nafsak” will also feature a stellar cast including Labiba, Mohamed Radwan, and Mostafa Abu Seif, alongside a number of guest stars. The film is written by Sherif El Leithy and directed by Moataz Al Touni, with production by Synergy Plus. Laha Magazine reports that the film is an action-comedy.
Abdel Aziz is also currently preparing for her new Ramadan series, “Wanasa Elli Kan” (Let’s Forget What Was), which will star Karim Fahmy and is written by Amr Mahmoud Yassin and directed by Mohamed El Khabir. As Laha Magazine noted, filming is expected to begin soon.
