Finland’s President Alexander Stubb met with Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani on Thursday, February 13, 2026, as both leaders attended the Munich Security Conference.
