A Holiday for Apple Fans

Apple has officially announced the dates for this year’s developer conference.

Apple has confirmed that its Worldwide Developers Conference, WWDC 2026, will capture place from June 8–12. The event will kick off with a keynote presentation on Monday, June 8, and will be primarily held online, with a limited number of developers invited to Apple Park in California. WWDC is geared toward developers and focuses on new tools, technologies, and software platforms.

During WWDC, Apple is expected to unveil the next iterations of its operating systems. Attendees will have access to technical sessions, labs, and meetings with Apple engineers. Apple is also continuing the Swift Student Challenge, which allows students to showcase their programming skills.

Developers wishing to attend in person must apply, with selection occurring through a lottery on the event website. The conference will be accessible to everyone else online, free of charge, via Apple’s developer platform.
