Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Defense announced early Wednesday, March 25, 2026, that it intercepted and destroyed three drones in the Eastern Region.
The official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported the information, citing Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki, the official spokesperson for the ministry.
Earlier in the night, the Saudi Ministry of Defense had announced the detection and destruction of a ballistic missile headed toward the Eastern Region, as well as the interception and destruction of two drones in the same area.
