Belgian food enthusiast and social media personality Loïc Van Impe has officially opened his first restaurant, marking a milestone in his culinary journey.

Speaking about the opening, Van Impe emphasized the collaborative effort behind the project, particularly highlighting the pivotal role played by his partner, Ella. In an interview with Sudinfo, he revealed, “I wanted it to come from her,” underscoring her significant influence in shaping the restaurant’s concept and execution.
He further shared that while his mother was initially skeptical about the venture, she has since come around, noting that “everything here is in perfect harmony” at the new establishment.
