Gurugram Startup Pinch Sees Revenue Surge to ₹4.8 Crore Amid Rising Demand for Lifestyle Management

Gurugram-based home concierge and lifestyle management startup, Pinch, has reported an annual revenue of ₹4.8 crore for FY25, signaling a growing trend of individuals outsourcing personal tasks to alleviate daily stress.

Founded in 2021 by Nitin Srivastava, Pinch addresses what it identifies as “micro-stressors” – the small, cumulative anxieties of modern life, from managing household chores to planning family events. Srivastava, who previously held leadership positions at Chaayos and Stanza Living, explained the company’s core mission: “We are helping people lighten their load. Small moments of ease can shift how the body functions in general.” The company received USD 3 million in funding from Kiran Reddy to launch its services.

Pinch offers three service tiers: Dedicated Lifestyle Management (₹75,000/month), Shared Lifestyle Management (₹15,000/month), and Remote Lifestyle Management (₹8,000-₹25,000/month). The Remote Lifestyle Management package, offering assistance with purchases and recommendations, has seen particularly strong adoption even among middle-class consumers, according to Srivastava. This reflects a broader societal shift towards valuing time and convenience, as explored in research on the convenience economy.

Currently operating in Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, and Mumbai, with remote services available nationwide, Pinch has served over 320 customers. The company’s growth reflects a wider trend of personalized service adoption in India, and the increasing recognition of the impact of chronic stress on overall well-being – a topic increasingly studied by health organizations like the American Psychological Association. Srivastava stated, “Pinch isn’t just about getting things done. It’s about deleting the invisible stressors of modern life so families can reclaim time.”

Pinch plans to expand its service offerings and geographic reach, continuing to focus on its human-first approach to lifestyle management.
