DevGAMM, a prominent game development conference, concluded its largest European event to date in Lisbon, Portugal, earlier this month, running from November 3rd to 7th. The event underscores the continued growth and dynamism of the European game industry.
Over 1,100 industry professionals – including independent developers, studio teams, publishers, consultants, investors, and others involved in the video game creation and publishing process – attended the conference. This followed a more exclusive gathering on the island of Madeira, which drew leaders from major companies like Epic Games, Unreal Engine, 2K Games, Bossa Games, Electronic Arts, FunPlus, Krafton, and Unity.
DevGAMM Lisbon 2025 featured presentations and panels from 75 industry experts, showcasing more than 80 games. Attendees participated in B2B meetings, networking events, workshops, panel discussions, and unique experiences throughout the city. The DevGAMM Awards were also presented, with a prize pool exceeding 135,000 NOK, sponsored by companies including Scorewarrior, Epic Games Store, Aptoide, Astra Logical, and tinyBuild.
