The USD 250 million payout, authorized by the company’s board, represents approximately 83% of net earnings reported as of September 30, 2025, and underscores investor confidence in the company led by prominent businessman Boy Thohir. IDXChannel – PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) announced Wednesday, December 17, 2025, that it plans to distribute an interim cash dividend of USD 250 million to shareholders. The move by the Indonesian energy company, which is affiliated with Boy Thohir, signals confidence in its financial performance.

The dividend will be sourced from ADRO’s net profit for the 2025 fiscal year. As of September 30, 2025, the company reported a net profit of USD 301.6 million, making the dividend payout ratio equivalent to 83% of net earnings.

The USD 250 million dividend translates to approximately Rp4 trillion. The precise dividend amount in Indonesian Rupiah, along with the exchange rate and per-share dividend value, will be disclosed at a later date, the company stated.

“The decision to issue this interim dividend was made following a resolution by the Board of Directors and approved by the Board of Commissioners today,” said Alamtri Corporate Secretary Maharani Cindy Opssedha in a company filing.

“The interim dividend to be paid totals USD 250 million,” she added.
