Anthony Joshua has reappeared six days after the devastating accident in which his friends, Sina Ghami and Kevin Latif “Latz” Ayodele, tragically lost their lives.

The British professional boxer, a former unified heavyweight champion, shared his first photo on Instagram just before the funeral of his friends, which will take place this Sunday in the United Kingdom.

The two-time world heavyweight champion was a passenger in a black Lexus that collided with a stationary truck on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway in Makun.

Now, he has posted a photo on social media ahead of today’s funeral for Sina Ghami and Kevin Latif “Latz” Ayodele.

The images show Joshua seated alongside his mother, Yeta Odusanya, as well as family and close friends of his companions, one of whom is holding a framed photo of Sina Ghami.

The image is accompanied by the phrase “The guardian of my brothers,” a well-known expression used in Europe to demonstrate a commitment to support and care for those one is responsible for.

The funerals of strength and conditioning coach Joshua Ghami and his personal trainer “Latz” will be held today at a mosque in London.

Prior to this, Joshua arrived at London Stansted Airport on Friday night and is currently recovering at his residence.
