AI Surge Drives Mac Demand Beyond Apple’s Supply Capacity
Apple CEO Tim Cook has revealed that the company is currently unable to keep pace with a surge in Mac demand driven by the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence. This shift highlights how AI integration is fundamentally altering hardware consumption patterns, pushing professional and consumer users toward more powerful computing setups.

According to recent reports, the company is grappling with significant hurdles in advanced chip supply and high demand for OpenClaw. These logistical pressures are creating a bottleneck in Apple’s ability to fulfill orders for its latest hardware.
The impact of these supply constraints is already visible in specific markets. Apple has removed the most affordable Mac mini configuration from its sales lineup, a move that has directly affected users in Turkey. The starting price for the Mac mini in the Turkish market has shifted to 50,499 TL.
Beyond the Mac mini, inventory levels for two other Mac models are reportedly reaching critical lows. Current indications suggest that replacement stock for these specific models may not arrive for several months, further complicating Apple’s efforts to satisfy the AI-driven demand spike.
