Indonesia’s national futsal team is receiving a surge of support as prominent figure Atta Halilintar has pledged a personal bonus to the team following their impressive performance in the recent AFC Futsal Asian Cup 2026.
Halilintar, who also serves as Vice Chairman of the Football Association of Indonesia, recently announced a bonus for the Indonesian national futsal team.
The bonus comes after the team secured a runner-up finish and claimed the silver medal at the AFC Futsal Asian Cup 2026.
The Indonesian squad came incredibly close to upsetting Iran in the final on February 7, 2026, ultimately falling short in a dramatic penalty shootout that ended 5-4.
Halilintar’s contribution, totaling Rp 111,111,111 (approximately $7,200 USD), is intended to spark further appreciation for the team’s dedication and success. “Bismillah. Team captains Mochammad Iskandar and Ardiansyah Nur expressed their thanks for Halilintar’s support and the outpouring of appreciation from the Indonesian public.

The Liga Futsal Profesional (PFL) club Cosmo JNE has also stepped up to recognize the contributions of its players who represented Indonesia on the national team.
Players Dewa Rizki Amanda, Israr Megantara, Muhammad Rizky Xavier, and Reza Gunawan, along with coaches Muhammad Lili Alfisyahrin, Andi Umay, Reivan Revian Epoy, and Ade Lesmana, will all receive bonuses from the club.
