Jakarta – Indonesian singer and actress Aura Kasih is currently navigating a complex series of personal and public challenges as 2025 draws to a close. After a closely watched custody dispute wiht Eryck Amaral, the South jakarta Religious Court has officially granted her guardianship of their daughter, Arabella. However, the case is just one facet of increased scrutiny surrounding the star, who is also facing unconfirmed allegations and speculation regarding her personal life and potential involvement in a financial matter.
Jakarta – Aura Kasih is the name on everyone’s lips as the holiday season approaches. The Indonesian singer and actress is facing a whirlwind of attention for several reasons, quickly becoming a central figure in local entertainment news.
The spotlight initially focused on her custody battle with Eryck Amaral over their daughter, Arabella. Aura Kasih’s fight for custody has reached a positive outcome.
On Tuesday, December 23, 2025, the South Jakarta Religious Court officially designated Aura Kasih as Arabella Amaral’s legal guardian.
“The decision was made today and has been uploaded to the court’s electronic system,” confirmed Dede Rika, Public Relations Officer for the South Jakarta Religious Court. “The petition was granted, and SFW, as the petitioner, has been appointed as the guardian of her child.”
Beyond the custody case, Aura Kasih has also been the subject of speculation regarding a possible relationship with Ridwan Kamil. Some social media users have accused her of being involved with the former Governor of West Java.
The scrutiny didn’t stop there. The star of Keluarga Tak Kasat Mata (2017) has also been linked to allegations of money laundering connected to corruption in advertising procurement at a West Java state-owned bank.
Aura Kasih’s legal team, comprised of Yanti Nurdin and Alexander Januar Gaodilliam, addressed the allegations. They stated that Aura Kasih is currently choosing not to comment on the circulating rumors, prioritizing the ongoing guardianship proceedings.
“At this time, our client is focused on the matter of her child’s guardianship. Other issues are not a priority,” they explained.

Adding another layer to the situation, a recent painting by Aura Kasih has drawn considerable attention. Known for her artistic pursuits, she shared an image of her work on social media.
The painting depicts a man in a black suit and white shirt, notably lacking a face or head. Instead, the area where his features should be is filled with random brushstrokes.
Following the emergence of the rumors surrounding Ridwan Kamil, the artwork has resurfaced as a topic of discussion, with many questioning the inspiration behind it and speculating about the identity of the subject. This led to further association with Ridwan Kamil.
Aura Kasih previously explained the meaning of the painting during an appearance on the Trans 7 show FYP. Raffi Ahmad and the late Mpok Alpa visited her home and immediately noticed the artwork.
“This is a man with all his complexities,” Aura Kasih told Raffi Ahmad at the time.
“Do you think men are complicated?” Raffi asked.
“Oh, they’re complicated, troublesome,” Aura Kasih replied with a playful tone, prompting laughter from the late Mpok Alpa.
