Bad Bunny delivered a vibrant and unforgettable performance as the headliner of the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday night, marking a historic moment as the first artist to perform the set entirely in Spanish. The global superstar’s appearance at Levi’s Stadium was highly anticipated, and he didn’t disappoint, turning the Big Game into a full-blown celebration.

Earlier in the week, Bad Bunny teased the show, promising a relaxed vibe. “[The show] is going to be fun and easy,” he said during his NFL press conference. “People only have to worry about [dancing].” He kicked off his 13-minute set with the hit song “Tití Me Preguntó” and kept the energy high throughout.

The artist’s fashion choices also made a statement. Styled by Storm Pablo and Marvin Douglas Linares, Bad Bunny opted for a pared-back, cream-colored ensemble designed by Zara, including a collared shirt and tie, a sport-inspired jersey bearing his family name, Ocasio, and the number 64, chinos, and sneakers. The neutral color palette was a deliberate choice to avoid showing favoritism to either team competing in the Super Bowl. Fans have been speculating about the significance of the number 64, with theories ranging from his mother Lysaurie Ocasio’s birth year (1964) to a tribute to his late uncle, who also wore the number while playing football. He later added a double-breasted blazer in the same shade.

The collaboration with Zara, a Spain-based retailer, was particularly noteworthy, as it marked the first time the brand had outfitted a performer on such a large scale. Zara also dressed Bad Bunny’s backup dancers, band, and orchestra. “It was an amazing show,” the brand said in a statement. “Benito place on a memorable performance. What a great outfit.”

Bad Bunny’s accessories included matching cream gloves and a Royal Oak timepiece from Audemars Piguet, featuring an 18-karat yellow gold case and a malachite stone dial. He completed the look with his own “BadBo 1.0” sneakers, released today in collaboration with Adidas.

The performance also included special appearances by fellow artists Ricky Martin and Lady Gaga, who performed a solo rendition of her hit duet with Bruno Mars, “Die With a Smile.” Latino and Latina figures like Toñita, owner of Caribbean Social Club in New York, were also present on the field. Bad Bunny’s groundbreaking halftime show is sure to be remembered as a landmark moment for Latin music and representation on one of the world’s biggest stages.
