Bancolombia reported to users via its X account at 4:37 p.m. On Monday, February 23, 2026, that some of its typically available services within its application are currently experiencing disruptions. The bank stated that all its teams are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Even as not a complete system outage, the number of transactions currently processable is limited.

The bank indicated that the following processes remain available:

– Transfers to Bancolombia accounts, whether or not they are registered.

– Account balance inquiries, including viewing current balances and transaction history. The bank clarified that the total balance will reflect all funds, including those in digital wallets.
