Jakarta, CNN Indonesia —
Boiyen has officially filed for divorce from Rully Anggi Akbar. The comedian, whose full name is Yeni Rahmawati, submitted the petition to the Tigaraksa Religious Court just two months after their wedding.
Moh. Sholahuddin, a spokesperson for the Tigaraksa Religious Court, confirmed the divorce filing, stating it was registered last week and the first hearing took place earlier this week.

“The case was registered on January 20, 2026, under the names YR (Yeni Rahmawati) and RAK (Rully Anggi Akbar),” Moh. Sholahuddin said, as reported by detikcom, on Wednesday, January 28.
“The first hearing was yesterday, Tuesday, January 27. The details of the case are now in the hands of the panel of judges, and we are not able to provide further information,” he added.
Because of this, Moh. Sholahuddin declined to comment on the reasons behind Boiyen’s divorce petition, or confirm whether both parties attended the initial hearing.
Further hearings are scheduled, with the next one planned for next week.
“God willing, the next hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026,” he concluded.
The divorce proceedings come after just two months of marriage for Boiyen and Rully Anggi Akbar, who held a lavish wedding ceremony on November 15, 2025. The split marks a swift turn for the couple, who had previously appeared to have a harmonious relationship.
The filing also comes amid reports that Rully is facing police investigation for alleged fraud and embezzlement related to his culinary business, Sateman Indonesia.
The case originated in August 2023, when Rully reportedly offered an investment opportunity to RF for the development of a culinary business in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
The offer included a proposed investment scheme with a profit-sharing arrangement of 70 percent for the management and 30 percent for investors.
Problems arose when RF received financial reports that were deemed inconsistent with the terms outlined in the proposal. Profit sharing occurred for only a short period before ceasing altogether.
This led RF to file a police report against Rully, represented by their legal counsel, Surya Hamdani and Santo Nababan, on Tuesday, January 6, at the Metro Jaya Regional Police.
